A Tampa native, Fernando possesses a unique understanding of the Tampa Bay real estate market. Complemented by 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience Fernando created Baywalk Custom Homes alongside his son in 2017 with the vision to create the highest quality homes in Tampa Bay. 

A Tampa native, and son of Fernando Castillo. John joined the Baywalk team full-time in 2018 after completing his Finance degree from the University of South Florida. John Currently holds a General Contractors license in the state of Florida. With a childhood surrounded by construction, he has developed a passion for the business and looks to bring new aspects and innovation to the company & the Tampa Bay area.
